Early evaluation and feedback are crucial for a successful delivery. I feel that sound quality assurance should be introduced as soon as possible. The plan in any of my development projects is to ensure that I fully understand the software that I am required to develop (Web or Android). The problem being solved plays a major role in planning for the development process. The plan is then to breakdown the main tasks and ensure that the timeline is followed.
